Great question! All Women’s Cycling Summit programming is free of charge.

HOW DO I FIND OUT MORE?

Easy. We’re going to communicate with attendees via email, so please take a moment to join our list. We’ll also update our Facebook page as often as possible, but since not everyone has Facebook, email is the best way to get our message across.

WHERE DOES EVERYTHING HAPPEN?

The inaugural Women’s Cycling Summit is presented by The Breck Epic. Almost all programming takes place in Epic’s tech/expo area at Beaver Run Resort. Look for the big white wedding tent in the parking lot behind (south) of the hotel. The address is 620 Village Road, Breckenridge, CO 80424.

IS IT JUST FOR WOMEN?

The event is hosted and produced by women and programmed specifically for them, but yeah…we’re not creating a girl’s club here. If you’re a guy and you see something that piques your interest, swing on by.  The exception group rides. These are open only to women.  Opportunities for women can come from anywhere, so we want men to feel welcome. Who knows what doors that policy might open?

WHAT’S THE PARKING SITUATION?

There’s plenty of parking at Beaver Run in the lot immediately adjacent to the event area. It’s paid parking, but it’s cheap! Find out more and download the app . Want the cheat code? Ride your bike and park it in Epic’s secure bike valet just steps from the event venue.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

The event is casual and you can just show up. All of our communication around the event will be done by email. The only exception is you must register for the VNTR Birds clinic as spots are limited.
